Long before Christian became a financial advisor, author, or CEO, he was an offensive lineman who experienced firsthand the impact a great coach can have on a young man’s life.

During his playing career at Bowling Green State University, Christian was surrounded by coaches who showed up before dawn, stayed long after the lights went out, and invested in their players far beyond what happened on Saturdays. They taught him about preparation, discipline, leadership, relationships, and doing hard things—life lessons that continue to shape him to this day.

When football ended, Christian traded his helmet and shoulder pads for a suit and tie and began a career in financial planning. He started working with coaches and quickly recognized how unique their financial lives really were. Careers can change overnight. Families move across the country with little notice. And while coaches spend their lives developing players, preparing game plans, and taking care of everyone around them, planning for their own family’s future can easily get pushed to “next season.”

Christian believed they deserved someone in their corner. Over the next decade, that belief became a calling.

Today, he leads a team that works with coaching families across the country—from young assistants just beginning their careers to families at the highest levels of college and professional football.

Beyond his work, Christian is a husband, father, man of faith, and lifelong learner. His days begin at 4:45 a.m. with his “Daily Deposits”: mindfulness, devotions, gratitude, and a workout before the noise of the day begins. He believes the greatest measure of success isn’t the size of an account, but the independence and opportunity it provides for a family.
